Chris announced today that he and his wife Heather have joined TEAM DIABETES 2009, travelling to remote Easter Island in June 2009 to complete a half marathon in support of the Canadian Diabetes Association.

Chris and Heather have committed to raising $20,000 for the Association by participating in the run, and they are now busy badgering family, friends, current and former clients, and innocent passersby for sponsorship donations.

It's important! Diabetes afflicts 246 million people worldwide, with 7 million new cases being diagnosed annually. By 2010 diabetes will cost the Canadian Healthcare system $15.6 billion annually.
